Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations/Production member to support our manufacturing and operational processes. This role is hands-on, requiring someone highly organized, proactive, and passionate about quality and efficiency. You will work closely with the Production and Operations team to ensure smooth daily operations in the factory.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist in production processes, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and adherence to KAEME’s high-quality standards.
• Support inventory management by tracking raw materials, finished goods, and packaging supplies.
• Help with factory organization, maintaining cleanliness and order to optimize workflow.
• Work on packaging, labeling, and ensuring all products meet KAEME’s luxury presentation standards.
• Assist with quality control checks, ensuring every batch meets specifications before dispatch.
• Support order fulfillment, including packing and preparing shipments for distribution
• Operate and maintain basic production equipment under supervision.
• Keep records of production activities and report any issues to the management team.
• Work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment, often outside of air-conditioned spaces.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in manufacturing, production, or factory work is a plus but not required.
• Strong work ethic and ability to handle physically demanding tasks.
• Passion for the beauty/skincare industry and willingness to learn.
• High level of discipline, efficiency, and attention to detail.
• French language a plus but not required
