Natural Skincare routine should be on top of your list of resolutions for 2021. New Year comes with New Year’s resolution. For 2021, we want to help you out with tips on skincare using common ingredients you can find at home.
Kaeme Lovers are not new to natural skin care remedies. We’ve watched and loved how you use Kaeme Shea Soufflé and Kaeme Black soap in your skincare routines. We spend a lot of time reading your feedback on how you’re using Kaeme Skincare products in your skincare routine.
This time around, although there are sprinkles of how to include Kaeme skincare products in your natural skincare routine, we’ve also included ideas you can carry out using ordinary ingredients in the kitchen.
Natural Skincare Tip #1: Coconut Oil Moisturizer
Kaeme Lovers are far too familiar with Coconut Oil. We have added premium coconut oil in all of our skincare products. Coconut Oil, as a natural skincare ingredient, contains healthy fatty acids. Fatty acids help your skin maintains its glow and your hair, to maintain its strength.
Apply Kaeme Shea Soufflé to your skin when needed. Either before you sleep or when you are about to step out in the morning.
Black soap can Exfoliate too!
If you’re looking for a soap that will provide exfoliation, but gently, then Kaeme Black soap is for you. Kaeme Black soap is full of natural ingredients. The presence of natural ingredients makes it the perfect natural exfoliant and may help improve skin texture too.
You can apply the gel directly to your skin if you’re looking for exfoliation. Wash in a circular motion for 90 seconds. Rinse off with cool water.
Use Avocados as Face Mask
No, not the face mask you’re thinking about, but a face mask that will help hydrate your skin. The right face mask can help remove excess oils and help improve the appearance of your pores. They’re also an excellent way to help pull out impurities.
Avocados are rich in Vitamin E, an essential antioxidant that helps reduce signs of ageing, protect skin from the sun’s harmful rays and helps keep skin flexible by boosting collagen.
Here’s how to add Avocado to your natural skincare routine; Mash up some Avocado into a paste and apply on your face. Leave the mask on for 15 minutes, then rinse off.
Who would have thought that Coffee, can be used in skincare? Coffee, when used in the right way, can help fight signs of ageing. Did you know that?
Coffee does not only help us kick-start our day; it can also help us remove excess hair after shaving.
As with all exfoliants, the goal of body scrub is to remove dead skin cells. Using Coffee as a body scrub also encourages the healthy production of new ones.
To whip up an easy scrub, combine:
- 1/2 cup coffee grounds and
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
Apply the mixture on the needed area.
Shea Butter and Its Anti-Inflammatory Properties
Shea Butter is excellent at moisturizing skin and also contains anti-inflammatory properties.
Kaeme’s Shea Soufflé is a luscious Shea Butter. It glides on your skin like fine silk and absorbs thoroughly with no shine or greasiness.
Kaeme’s Shea Soufflé makes a perfect full-body lotion, or even as a face moisturizer.
When applied to the skin, the Shea inside Kaeme Shea Soufflé triggers cytokines and other inflammatory cells to slow their production. Inflammation is part of us, and it’s sometimes difficult to avoid this.
When inflammatory happens, apply Kaeme Shea Soufflé on affected area evenly.
Natural skincare remedies are good for the environment. To your skin, they can help protect it against the sun and soothe irritated skin. They are better for the skin overall as long as you choose the right products for your skin needs.
