We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations/Production member to support our manufacturing and operational processes. This role is hands-on, requiring someone highly organized, proactive, and passionate about quality and efficiency. You will work closely with the Production and Operations team to ensure smooth daily operations in the factory.

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Communications Associate  to lead our digital marketing efforts and manage brand communications. The ideal candidate is creative, energetic, and eager to explore new ideas. You’ll help grow our community, create engaging content, and connect with customers across digital platforms. This is a hybrid role based in Accra, Ghana.

As Chief Operating Officer (COO) of KAEME, you will partner the CEO to lead all aspects of the company’s operations to ensure efficiency and growth. You will also oversee business and marketing functions to effectively maximize production, sales and profitability against key milestones. Our preferred candidate is a person with 15+ years of senior business management experience who is willing to support an SME to become a global brand by partnering with the CEO to drive the KAEME vision.
