Job Summary:  

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Communications Associate  to lead our digital marketing efforts and manage brand communications. The ideal candidate is creative, energetic, and eager to explore new ideas. You’ll help grow our community, create engaging content, and connect with customers across digital platforms. This is a hybrid role based in Accra, Ghana.

Key Responsibilities: 

– Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy aligned with KAEME’s goals  

– Plan and manage social media activities to increase brand awareness  

– Create engaging content (videos, graphics, social media posts)  

– Build partnerships and collaborations to expand our reach  

– Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform marketing efforts  

– Track and report on campaign performance  

– Manage our social media channels and community engagement  

– Support events and brand promotions

Requirements:  

– Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field  

– 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing or communications  

– Strong skills in social media, content creation, and graphic design (Canva or similar tools)  

– Creative, strategic, and self-motivated  

– Passionate about digital media and marketing  

– Excellent communication and organizational skills  

– French is a plus but not required

– Tech-savvy and proactive
