The Role

We’re looking for a Business Development Associate to help us grow KAEME’s revenue, relationships, and reach.

This is a growth role for a self-starter who loves to network, build partnerships, and turn opportunities into measurable results. You’ll work to drive new sales, expand market presence, and create business opportunities that support both our brand and our new manufacturing facility in Ghana.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Drive new business opportunities through retail, hospitality, export, and e-commerce channels.
  • Identify and secure B2B and wholesale partnerships across Ghana and beyond.
  • Follow up on leads, close deals, and manage relationships with partners and stockists.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

2. Partnerships & Market Expansion

  • Identify new distribution channels and partnership opportunities aligned with KAEME’s brand values.
  • Represent KAEME at events, and pop-ups to connect with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent brand messaging in all outreach efforts.
  • Support the rollout of KAEME’s expansion strategy across Africa and international markets.

3. Systems & Reporting

  • Maintain a clear and updated sales pipeline using simple CRM or tracking tools.
  • Prepare concise monthly reports on progress, insights, and opportunities.
  • Provide feedback from customers and partners to inform product development and sales strategy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (beauty,hospitality, or FMCG experience is a plus).
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • A network within the retail or lifestyle space is an advantage.
  • Fresh language a plus

Compensation

This is a commission-based role with unlimited earning potential. Compensation is directly tied to performance and includes:

  • A percentage of new sales and partnerships generated
  • Performance bonuses upon hitting growth milestones
